The Koshihikari rice was a culinary delight-easily the best I've ever had! We also loved the attentive staff and amazing views from our room. The spa treatment was the cherry on top of a fantastic stay.
Service wasn't what I expected from a Four Seasons. At check-in, we weren't escorted, and breakfast was shockingly sparse. A plate with only 4 slices of bread for four people? That's entry level, not luxury!

New facilities, well-appointed rooms with fine views of the Imperial Gardens. The very nice staff were very good, especially in resolving a customs issue upon arrival. Masterful massages and a beautiful pool added to the luxury experience. There was a hiccup with payment at check-in, and service during breakfast felt below expectations with a sparse selection. Despite these minor issues, the overall ambiance and decency of the facilities shone through.

The staff treated me like a VIP, especially the attentive housekeeping and concierge who even arranged a doctor's visit for my daughter. The room was spacious with fine views of Mount Fuji, and the spa was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Tokyo. Dining was a highlight, especially the perfectly crafted dishes at Pigneto. I did find the breakfast selection a bit limited for a luxury hotel.
