I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel for a business trip lasting four nights. the modern design and breathtaking views are truly remarkable. the staff was exceptionally attentive, and I appreciated the quick resolution of a minor issue through their proactive communication. the spacious rooms were not just comfortable but also beautifully designed, especially the bathrooms. Dining at the restaurant offered unobstructed views of Mt. Fuji, creating an unforgettable experience.

You guys made my stay really amazing. The hotel was modern and great, and the staff were always courteous, truly enjoyed the comfy location not far from the services, restaurants, and the Imperial Palace. The triple room was comfy, had a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini fridge bar. All the services were superb!
